Common Ordering Questions

  1. When will my order ship?
    Your order will be shipped within three business days after it is placed.

  2. How will it be shipped?
    We ship individual books through the post office media rate (shipment time 1-2 weeks). All multiple book orders and Trainers Tool Kit will be shipped via USPO Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

  3. How much will shipping cost?
    Shipments through the post office incur a small shipping fee of just $10.00 on any size order in the continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  4. What are my other shipping options?
    If you request Next Day or 2nd Day shipping you will be charged that appropriate rate. Please call for international shipping rates.

  5. What is your return policy?
    We have a 60 day no hassle return policy. If any product does not meet your needs, simply return it within 60 days in reusable condition and we will issue a credit for he prices you paid for the product. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice so we can credit the appropriate account.
